Supplemental Educational Services at
Stewart CountyHigh
The Department of Education and Stewart County High
School are working hard to provide programs to help all students
succeed. These efforts include implementing the No Child Left
Behind Act. This law supports parents and schools working
together to raise student achievement. In fact, due to the
achieved success, Stewart-Quitman High School made AYP in 2008!
As part of our efforts to
improve student achievement and implement No Child Left Behind,
your child may be able to receive Supplemental Educational Services
(SES). These are tutoring or other services in addition to what are
provided during the regular school day. If you are
interested in requesting supplemental educational services for your
child, please contact Mrs. Jennifer Gardner @ 229-838-4374 Ext.
106.
